Second time using this company. I had requested for the movers to come at 2pm. I got a call at 9am the day of the move and was told the movers were there. After confirming with the owner that I had text proof of him confirming at 2pm, he responded with attitude that his team would come at 2. They ended up coming at 11:30AM, completely throwing off my packing as I had to pack late, therefore not able to take all of my belongings in my home. On top of that, I paid over $600 to move 15 minutes away, compared to $400 when I first used them to move from Kissimmee to Orlando. On top of that, when I returned to my old apartment, there were bags sitting out that were not taken by the team. This resulted in me taking 2 trips from my old place to my new with my car packed with items that should have been packed and taken, considering I paid over $600 for a moving crew. Will not be using again.
