Moving out of Orlando is a different job than moving across town. Your things spend days on the road instead of an hour, and the crew that loads your home needs to be the same crew you can still reach when the truck is three states away.
That is how we run long distance moves. One dedicated crew handles your move from start to finish. The same team that wraps your furniture in Orlando loads it, drives it, and sets it down at the other end. Your belongings do not get transferred between trucks or handed off to a driver you have never spoken to. That is the difference between us and a national van line.
Long distance does not only mean out of state. Plenty of our moves stay in Florida, from Orlando to Tampa, Jacksonville, Miami and beyond. We also handle interstate moves, taking families out of state and across the country. As a licensed and insured Orlando moving company, Florida Mover Registration IM2690, we have been moving Central Florida families since 2009.
One crew, start to finish. The team that packs and loads your home in Orlando is the team that unloads it at your new place. Nothing gets swapped between trucks along the way, and you always know who is handling your things.
Licensed and insured. Florida Mover Registration IM2690, with coverage that protects your belongings for the whole trip, not just the first mile.
Packing if you want it. We can pack the whole house or just the breakables, and we bring the boxes and supplies. Long trips are rough on poorly packed items, so this is worth doing properly.
Specialty items handled. Pianos, safes and the awkward pieces get the right equipment and padding, whatever the distance.
A quote you can plan around. We go through what you are moving and what the trip takes, so the number you get is the number you budget for. No surprises when the truck shows up.
You move once in a while, We do it everyday!

2026 UPDATE: I used this company one more time to move and there is just none other like them, do not book with anybody else, these guys are the real deal. They get the job done. Period. Highly recommended! Best customer service experience I’ve had with a moving company. These guys are professional, prompt, and do the most amazing job you can imagine at making your move as painless as possible. Please do not think about hiring anybody else. 10/10 the recommendation can not be higher. They are simply that good!!! Seriously do not even think about it, hire them immediately. There is no need looking elsewhere. Again 1000000/10Posted on Google![]()

Most of our long distance work falls into three patterns:
Tell us the destination when you call. The distance and the size of the load are the two things that set the price, so we can give you a real number quickly.
This is the part that surprises people. A local move is billed by the hour. A long distance move is not. It is priced on the weight of your shipment and the distance it travels, plus any packing or specialty handling.
That changes what saves you money. On a local move, being packed and ready when the crew arrives is what keeps the bill down. On a long distance move, the lever is how much you take. Every box you decide not to move comes straight off the weight, and therefore off the price. Getting rid of the treadmill nobody uses is worth more than any negotiating you will do.
We quote the full job in writing before anything is booked, and the figure covers the trip rather than the first mile. Our Orlando moving cost guide breaks down both pricing models side by side.
How long will delivery take?
Within Florida is usually same day or next day. Further out depends on the distance and the route, and we give you a delivery window in writing when you book rather than a vague estimate.
Will my things be moved onto another truck?
No. One crew loads, drives and unloads. That is the main difference between us and a national van line, where your shipment is often consolidated and handed between drivers.
Can you pack for a long distance move?
Yes, and it matters more here than on a local move. Days on the road are hard on anything packed loosely. We offer full, partial and fragile only packing.
What about a piano or other specialty items?
Handled the same way we would locally, with the right equipment and crew. See piano moving.
Do I need to be there for the delivery?
Someone does, to direct where things go and check the inventory off as it comes in. It does not have to be you.
How far ahead should I book?
Three to four weeks where possible. Long distance moves need scheduling around the drive, and summer and month end fill first.
