Most people budget a weekend for packing and are still filling boxes at midnight the night before the truck arrives. A three bedroom house is usually 60 to 100 boxes. The kitchen alone can take the better part of a day if you want the glassware to survive.

Which Packing Service Do You Actually Need?
Not everyone needs a full pack. These are the four ways people usually use us, and any of them can be combined.
- Full packing service. We pack the entire home, every room, every closet, every cabinet. Usually done the day before the move. Best when you are short on time or moving a whole house.
- Partial packing. You handle the easy rooms, we take the ones that eat time: kitchen, china cabinet, garage, home office. This is the most popular option.
- Fragile only packing. Just the breakables. Glassware, dishes, mirrors, artwork, lamps and TVs get packed and padded by us while you do the rest.
- Unpacking service. We unpack at the new place, put things on shelves and in cabinets, and take every box and scrap of paper away with us. This is the one people forget to ask about and are most glad they booked.

How Our Packing Service Works
- Free consultation and estimate. Call us at (321) 304-0386 or send the details online. We ask about the size of the home, how much is going, and anything fragile or unusual, then quote the packing separately so you can see exactly what it costs.
- We bring the materials. Boxes in the right sizes, packing paper, bubble wrap, wardrobe boxes, dish barrels, mirror cartons and tape. You do not need to source anything or guess how many boxes to buy.
- Packing day. For a full house this is usually the day before the move. We work room by room so the house stays usable, and we leave the essentials until last.
- Everything gets labeled by destination. Boxes are marked with the room they are going into at the new place and whether they are fragile. That one detail is what makes unpacking fast.
Loading, Transport and Unpacking
Once everything is packed, our movers load in a planned order so weight sits low and fragile boxes are not underneath anything. Furniture is blanket wrapped, and we protect floors and doorways at both ends before anything moves.
At the new place we put boxes in the rooms they are labeled for, not in a pile in the garage. If you booked unpacking, we open the boxes, place items where you want them, and remove all the packing debris before we leave. Most people are surprised how much of the day that gives back.
What We Pack, Room by Room
- Kitchens. Dish barrels for plates and bowls, individually wrapped glassware and stemware, knives secured, pantry sorted so nothing leaks.
- Art, mirrors and TVs. Mirror cartons and corner protection, screens boxed upright and never laid flat. Larger or higher value pieces get custom crating.
- Bedrooms and closets. Wardrobe boxes so clothes stay on their hangers and go straight into the new closet. Shoes, linens and bedding boxed by room.
- Home offices. Electronics wrapped and cables bagged and labeled to what they belong to. Files and documents kept in order.
- Garages and outdoors. Tools, sports gear and patio furniture. Anything that cannot travel, like propane or paint thinner, we will flag for you in advance.
What It Costs and How Long It Takes
Packing is quoted on the work involved, not a flat rate. These are the things that move the number:
- How much you want packed. A fragile only pack is a fraction of a full house pack.
- The size of the home and how full it is. Two homes of the same square footage can differ by thirty boxes.
- Fragile and high value items. China, crystal, art and anything needing a custom crate takes longer and uses more material.
- Materials. Boxes and packing supplies are quoted with the service so there is no surprise line at the end.
- Whether you add unpacking. Unpacking is priced separately and you can decide on it later.
As a rough guide on timing, a one bedroom apartment is often a half day of packing, and a three or four bedroom house is usually a full day with a crew. We will give you both the price and the schedule before you commit.
Packing Questions We Get Asked
Do you supply the boxes and materials?
Yes. Boxes, paper, wrap, tape, wardrobe boxes and specialty cartons all come with the service, and we take the leftovers away afterward.
How far in advance should I book packing?
As early as you can, especially for a full pack, since it usually needs its own day before the move. End of month and summer weekends fill first.
Can I pack some of it myself?
Absolutely, and plenty of people do. We will pack the kitchen and the fragile items and leave the books and clothes to you. Just tell us which rooms you want covered.
Will you unpack as well?
Yes. We unpack, place items where you want them and remove all the boxes and paper. You can book it at the same time or decide after the move.
Is there anything you cannot pack?
Hazardous items like propane tanks, gasoline, paint thinner and aerosols cannot go on the truck. We will point those out ahead of time so you can deal with them.
Do you pack for offices as well as homes?
Yes, packing is part of our commercial moving service too, including files, electronics and workstations.
