Apartment and Condo Moves in Orlando
Apartment moves fail for boring reasons: the elevator was not reserved, the office needed a certificate of insurance nobody sent, or the truck could not get near the building. We deal with all three before moving day.
- Certificate of insurance. Most Orlando complexes and downtown high rises require one from your mover. Give us the management company and we send it over.
- Elevator windows. Buildings often only allow moves in a set time block. We plan the load order around it so nothing gets stranded.
- Stairs and long carries. Third floor walk ups are routine. The distance from the door to where the truck can legally park matters more than the flight count.
- Protecting the building. Floor runners and door jamb padding go in at both ends, which also protects your deposit.

Two to three weeks is comfortable. End of month, weekends and the summer fill first, and mid week in September or October is the cheapest time to move in Orlando.

Yes. We offer full, partial and fragile only packing and unpacking, materials included, and we take the empty boxes away afterward.
Will you disassemble and reassemble my furniture?
