This policy explains what Orlando Express Movers Inc collects when you use orlandoexpressmovers.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We have written it in plain English rather than legal shorthand, and it describes what our website actually does today.

What we collect
Information you give us
When you request a quote, use the estimate form, or contact us, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Details about the move you are asking about, such as the type of move, the size of your home, the services you are interested in, and any notes you add
Our estimate form creates a record so you can return to a saved quote. That record is stored on our website and secured with a password that is never stored in readable form.
We do not ask for and do not store payment card details. No payments are processed through this website. Payment for your move is arranged directly with our office.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-GC8MN7T0G7), loaded through Google Tag Manager (container GTM-W8WW6VDB). It records pages viewed, approximate location by city or region, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. It sets cookies in your browser to recognize a returning visit. We use this to understand which pages are useful and where our visitors come from. We do not use it to identify you personally.
- Server logs. Our hosting keeps standard records of requests to the site, including IP address, time, and the page requested. These are used for security and troubleshooting.
- Caching. Our site uses caching software to load pages faster. It may set a technical cookie that carries no personal information.
Third-party content on our pages
- Google reviews. Our review widget is provided by Trustindex and loads from cdn.trustindex.io in order to display our Google reviews. Loading it means your browser makes a request to that provider.
- Links to other sites. We link to our profiles on Google, Facebook, Instagram, Yelp and Birdeye. Once you follow a link, that company’s own privacy policy applies, not ours.
We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this website.
Why we use it
- To prepare and send you a moving estimate
- To contact you about the move you asked about, by phone, text or email
- To schedule and carry out your move, and to handle questions afterwards
- To keep records we are required to keep as a registered Florida mover
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it
- To protect the site against abuse and fraud
We will only send you marketing messages if you have asked for them, and every one will have a way to stop them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We share it only with companies that help us run the business, and only as much as they need:
- Our hosting provider, DigitalOcean, which stores the website and its database
- Google, for website analytics as described above
- Our email provider, which delivers the quote confirmations and replies we send you
- Trustindex, which supplies the review display on our pages
- Dibs (hellodibs.com), which powers the instant quote form on some of our pages. If you use that form, the contact details and move details you enter go to Dibs so we can call you back quickly. On pages where the form is present, Dibs also records that a visit happened and creates a session identifier.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, if we need to enforce our agreement with you, or to protect someone’s safety.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and customer records are kept for as long as we may need them to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations as a registered mover, and then deleted. Analytics data is kept according to Google’s retention settings. If you would like your information removed sooner, ask us and we will do it, unless the law requires us to keep a particular record.
Your choices and your rights
- Ask what we hold about you. Email or call us and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct it if something is wrong.
- Ask us to delete it. We will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
- Stop marketing messages at any time by replying, using the unsubscribe link, or calling us.
- Turn off analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings or install Google’s opt-out add-on. The site works either way.
Florida residents, and residents of states with their own privacy laws, may have additional rights including the right to know what is collected and the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. Since we do not sell or share your information for advertising, there is nothing to opt out of, but you are welcome to ask.
To make any request, contact us using the details at the top of this page. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging a move. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us and we will delete it.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection, access to the customer records is limited to people who need it, and passwords are stored in hashed form. No website can promise perfect security, but we take it seriously and we act quickly if something looks wrong.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be described at the top of the page for a reasonable period.
